These terms apply when you use the NatureGuard website or buy from us. By placing an order, you agree to them. Nothing in these terms takes away your rights under the Consumer Protection Act, the Electronic Communications and Transactions Act or any other South African law.

1. About us
NatureGuard sells essential-oil rodent repellent pouches, hand-filled in KwaZulu-Natal, South Africa. Our contact details are in our Contact information policy.

2. Our products
NatureGuard is a repellent. It is not a poison, and it does not kill rats or mice. Each pouch holds natural corn cob and a blend of four essential oils, and its scent lasts up to 60 days. Heat, airflow and the size of the space can shorten that.
Results vary from home to home, depending on how many rodents you have, how they get in and where you place the pouches. We can't promise that every rodent will leave, which is why every order comes with our 30-Day Money-Back Guarantee.

3. Safe use
• Keep pouches out of reach of children and pets, and away from food.
• Don't open, chew or swallow pouches. Wash your hands after handling them.
• Don't place pouches in car engines or near open flames or heat sources.
• If a pouch is swallowed, contact the Poisons Information Helpline on 0861 555 777 or see a doctor.

4. Prices and payment
All prices are in South African Rand (ZAR). Delivery fees are shown at checkout before you pay. Payments are processed securely by our payment provider. We don't store your card details.
If a price on our website is wrong because of an obvious error, we'll let you know before we send your order. You can then go ahead at the correct price or cancel for a full refund.

5. Orders
When you place an order, you'll receive an email confirming that we've received it. Your order is accepted when we dispatch it. We may cancel an order, with a full refund, if a product is out of stock, a payment can't be verified, or we suspect fraud.

6. Promotions and bundles
Bundle deals and Black Friday prices are valid while stated on the website or while stock lasts. They can't be combined with other offers unless we say so.

7. Delivery, refunds and returns

8. Reviews and content
If you send us a review, photo or message about NatureGuard, you allow us to use it on our website and social media. We'll only use your first name and surname initial unless you tell us otherwise. All other content on this website, including text, images and our logo, belongs to NatureGuard and may not be copied without permission.

9. Our liability
To the extent the law allows, our liability for any order is limited to what you paid for that order. We aren't responsible for losses we couldn't reasonably have foreseen. This doesn't limit any liability that South African law doesn't allow us to limit.

10. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of South Africa.

11. Changes
We may update these terms from time to time. The version on our website when you place your order applies to that order.
